The back of the books sums it up perfectly............can't wait to try some of the recipes...........
Sarah is to blame for the books I ordered below............I ordered them a few weeks ago and they arrived in the mail today......
Sunset this arfternoon............gorgeous colours............hope it is this pretty in your part of the world...........I am truly lucky to see sunsets like this fairly often...........no suburbia to block my views..........

I have both of those Elm Creek trilogies at the lake house. Can't ever get too much of the Elm Creek friends! After seeing your photos, I realized I also have Sarah's Quilt although I haven't read it yet. I saw it on a friend's blog and ordered it. I have a stack of books just waiting to be read. Oh my, when???
Enjoy the books!

Looks like a great cookbook. You can never have too many cookbooks, especially ones for baked goods. That's a coincidence, yesterday I was walking by the used bookstore and Sarah's Quilt and the book before it were in the window and I went in and bought them both!

HI, I had to ask you if you knew that Sarah's Quilt, by Nancy Turner, is not the first in the series. It is a fabulous series too! It starts with These Is My Words, and there is one following Sarah's Quilt. You are in for a wonderful read!! Enjoy, Michele

Love the sunset. Although I live in suburbia (she said as a plane rockets overhead, definitely suburbia, but also across the road from the airport) we too have wonderful sunsets. I remember standing in the back yard at our last place capturing the sunset amidst the suburbia and loving it. Here we are close to the beach, so an unspoilt sunset is easy to capture as the sun sinks into the sea.

As for the cookbook, I love them. I'm for any cookbook. They are some of my favourite reading!

Is that an Aussie cookbook? If it is, I may just get my girl friend Cheryl to pick it up for me. I love cookbooks especially if they are not from around here! Thanks for sharing! Cheers!
